happy Old and busted: Pentium III, 550 MHz, 128 MB RAM (upgraded to 256 MB), 20 GB hard drive and an added-on 10 GB hard drive.
The new hotness: AMD Sempron, 1.81 GHz, 512 MB RAM, 160 GB hard drive and the old spare 10 GB hard drive tacked on for the heck of it.
Got the new computer Monday after seeing a good deal at Best Buy. The computer, along with the 17" flat panel monitor and color printer, was $710 but only $300 after six rebates. Not bad.
I think everything's back to normal...I hope.
